At Alif, visitors can see how mobility will continue to transform the way we live, connect with people, understand different cultures and exchange knowledge and ideas. They will also get to experience the largest moving platform in the world while meeting Shamsa the Bedouin Girl who represents traditional Dubai, as well as the Bedouin values of sharing & hospitality. Visitors will also get to meet the larger-than-life, nine-metre-tall historical giants of mobility, from the Arab World, whose innovations helped navigate the world and paved the way for the technology we use today. Visitors will also get a chance to be an Astronaut for the day and to view many more exciting exhibits!
Alif is mostly an indoor attraction with performance areas being outdoors.
Yes, Alif is fully accessible to POD visitors.
Yes, there are various areas to sit and rest whilst at Alif.
Yes, however flash photography is not permitted and taking photos of staff or visitors outside your group is also not permitted without their clear permission.
