In support of the UAE’s Year of Sustainability and with COP28 being hosted at Expo City Dubai later this year, the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment is proudly launching the Climate Ambassadors Programme (CAP) in collaboration with the Expo School Programme.

CAP will offer students across the nation a closer look at the discussions and negotiations that take place between nations at a Conference of Parties (COP) with a vision to nurture climate change and environmental leaders of tomorrow.

Starting February 20th, 2023 and hosted at Expo City Dubai, CAP will replicate the COP environment through a unique and immersive educational experience where students will become ambassadors of a selected country, learn about the impacts of climate change, collaborate with other student representatives to find solutions together before drafting an action plan that will be shared with the school group.

Please note that registration and participation in CAP is free of charge for all schools; places are limited and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
