Workshop
Waste Warriors
Let’s explore the different stages of recycling needed for a greener future!

About the workshop
How can the world be a cleaner place?
This dynamic workshop introduces students to the 5 Rs (Refuse, Reduce, Repurpose, Reuse, Recycle) by providing them with different examples of “trash” destined for a landfill to become a source of GHG emissions, soil pollution, and groundwater pollution. They will then get the chance to put their knowledge to the test by sorting through a variety of items they encounter on a regular basis.
